Most data forms (detail views) in SOS included a tab called Change Log. A chronological list is automatically recorded of when each change was made, the user who made the change, and exactly what data was changed, with the previous and new values. You can see that in the screenshot below, in the column titled Description of Change.
Here’s another example, this time on an address in a patient’s Communication panel. The Change Log shows that the user changed the zip code of the city from 34711 to 34715 on March 2, 2018 at 4:52 PM:
The Change Log records all changes on data forms, on a field by field basis, so there is never any mystery about who changed what, and when the change was made. The Change Log will contain a row for every change.
